Its been a long road building the business; creating the product lines, figuring out how to manufacture stickers and creating the websites. When I first started in 2004, the website was hosted with yahoo. In the first 3 years I had well over 400 "excellent" reviews out 8,000 sales (a lot of people don't post reviews). Of course there are always a few negative reviews which actually can't be helped. Its a statistics thing. I think there were about 6 poor reviews. Not to air my dirty laundry, but building this business effected my personal life dramatically! My spouse wasn't on board with the business from the beginning, so it tripled the difficulty of building everything. From the summer of 09 through early this spring my life has been turned upside down (divorce, lost my home, financial ruin). I had a lot of unsatisfied customers in Jan 2010 through Feb 2010. It was difficult to get out of bed and unbelievably stressful! There are some poor reviews out there from this time frame, which I'm hoping you can over look. I'm back to my positive self and making strides with the designs, more matching products, excellent customer service AND bringing my unique product savethedatestickers to the world.If you can take the time to review the site in a positive manner it would help tremendously!
